I can't decide if I get more excited about Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week because of the amazing collections that will be influencing our sartorial decisions for months, or because of the behind-the-scenes planning, promoting and overall production of the whole thing.  Nothing makes me more excited than seeing my Twitter feed awash in #MBFW tweets, designer blogs laughing at crazy show requests, and then signing onto the WSJ and seeing a behind-the-scenes, day-in-the-life-of -esque article on one of the power house women behind the shows.  The anticipation is half of the fun, no?

I'm not gonna lie, this DKNY bathing suit represents everything I love in life-- coral, ruffles, class. One pieces are a huge trend this summer, and this definitely caught my eye.  Paired with the beach essentials, this maillot is the statement piece to make the perfect "beach-chic" look. ..and it also comes in black if you're feeling a black-and-white look. Perfect, right?
