the Italian renaissance.

I say it every single time I go onto The Sartorialist and after every year of the men's shows in Italy;  Italian men know fashion better than anyone, and the men who visit know too.  Milan may be the fashion capital, but I believe that Florence is where it's at.  It's considered the birthplace of the Renaissance, and I think that seeps over into fashion as well. Whichever city you may find yourself in, you're sure to find impeccable, yet seemingly effortless style.
