All I can think of after seeing these pictures is that quote from The Devil Wears Prada: "Florals for Spring – groundbreaking."
However, as the air warms, things begin to bloom, and the sweet smell of jasmine & magnolia wafts through the air, I can't wait to make a trip to see what I can place in a mason jar and plop on my coffee table. Fresh flowers have a way of reminding me of everything I love – the South, Paris, my childhood. There's really no better way to liven up a room either. Pink peonies and red tulips are my favorite. What are yours?

Peonies are my absolute favorite! The last house we were at, I did my best to recreate Monet's gardens, albeit on a much smaller scale...so I had peonies, lavender, lilacs and tulips everywhere!!!
